SUMMARY
Graduated from Polytechnic of Madiun– East Java in 1992 majoring Chemical Industry degree, I have been still working at PT. Asahimas Chemical, an integrated petrochemical company, located at Anyer, Indonesia as Production Shift Operator.
In process production, I have been experienced in Pre-Commisioning, Commisioning, Start up & Shut down Boiler Plant while Annual Shut Down Maintenance (ASDM) activities or Revamping/ Scale Up Plant Activities. I am fully understanding of Waste Water Treatment Plant process operation such as : Organic Treatment system, COD Treatment system Cu Treatment system, & Ph Adjusment. I am also fully understanding of unit operation such as : Aeration system, EDC stripping tower with total/partial condenser ( organic stripping column), driving equipment (blower, pumps), centrifuge, rotary feeder, cyclone, HCl scrubber. I have been experienced in utilities receiving such as nitrogen, steam, air pressure, air instrument, water demineralized, and utilities processing such as chiller/refrigeration system, open/close loop cooling system with cooling tower.
I am also familiar with preparation of Process Flow Diagram (PFD) , Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P & ID), isometric diagram, valves & fitting sizing. To control process plant I am experienced with DCS (Distributed Control System) with contains sequence, interlock and alarm system.
As a team leader in group which work in shift time, I work DCS operator & field operator to work together in order to keep plant process stable, safe, and no pollution to the environment according with production planning schedule.
In safety matter, I am used to do HIRA,HAZOP & failure analyses for process design if there is new modification in plant. Also in safety regulation I am familiar to prepare confine space permit, hot work permit, and other job execution in plant / process isolation.
I have completed some training such as DCS CS 3000,Waste Water Treatment Training in Ondeo Nalco.
